The 60㎡ fitness center gym is equipped with the latest training machines and studios to accommodate various purposes. It is a private space available only to members and guests staying at Conrad Tokyo. Dedicated trainers will propose various menus. We also offer studio lesson programs. Additionally, rental items such as training wear are available for a fee.

MIZUKI STILL

A treatment to clear headspace and restore the vital brain-body-mind connection. Inspired by the quiet strength of the moon and the stillness of night, this ritual offers a moment of calm amid the energy of the city, inviting you to take a pause, relax, and rediscover a sense of balance. A grounding full-body massage blends slow, stabilizing strokes with shiatsu-inspired pressure, deep tissue techniques, and calming aromatherapy to release tension, calm the nervous system, and realign the body. The experience continues with a revitalizing facial massage that stimulates oxygenation and eases visible signs of fatigue, leaving the complexion fresh and radiant. A nurturing head massage completes the journey, encouraging a full-body exhale and mental clarity.

A detoxi fication for body, mind, and spirit. Inspired by the purifying rhythm of flowing water, this treatment restores clarity, lightness, and balance for total rejuvenation. Guided breathwork accompanies the foot bath, while a gentle body scrub prepares the skin, followed by a full-body massage designed to calm the nervous system, stimulate the lymphatic flow, and support gentle detoxi fication. Using low-intensity yet highly effective pressure, each movement encourages energetic release and restores clarity.
A hydrating facial treatment using sea mineral facial masks completes the journey. That promotes microcirculation, reawakening the skin with vibrant, supple, re-plumped radiance.

  • Last check-in is at 9:30 pm
  • The gym is available 24 hours exclusively for hotel guests
  • Guests must be 16 years or older to access the gym and receive spa treatments
  • Swimming pool times for ages 4-15 are 9 am – 7 pm
  • We kindly ask you to advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment when making an appointment
  • For cancellations or changes, please contact us during operating hours, one day prior to appointment
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment will result in 100% of fee
