I was looking forward to staying at this hotel, whilst it’s a little remote it has been underwhelming. The rooms were ok, not all have views, and they were a variable standard. There  is a mosquito...

Disappointing on many levels.

Not the best location for a Venice hotel, beautiful facility, pricey,  Seemed impersonal, and detached from guests.   Not welcoming -

The staff  was not helpful and the Skyline Rooftop bar service was even worse, The were a lot of issues, nobody seem to care or done anything to help
