Molino Stucky throughout the history

Once a flourishing flour mill and a historical pasta factory on Giudecca Island, Molino Stucky is internationally recognized as one of Italy’s iconic pieces of industrial architecture. Considered one of the most beautiful flour mills in Europe, at its peak, 1500 people worked in the mill, producing 50 tons of flour daily.

Originally built between the 19th and 20th centuries, it re-opened as Hilton Molino Stucky on 1st June 2007 after a careful restoration and conversion into the largest hotel in Venice.
