Spa Policies

Reservations: Guests may contact the spa directly from hotel rooms. Guests must be 16 years old and over for spa treatments and hydrotherapy facilities. All treatments will be charged to rooms and will be visible on accounts at check-out.

Spa Courtesy: We recommend leaving valuables in the in-room safe, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage. As a courtesy to all our guests, we kindly request that the spa be a mobile phone and technology-free environment.

Cancelations: Bookings may be rescheduled or canceled up to four hours before the appointment time. If a cancelation is made less than four hours before the appointment time, a 50% charge will apply. If no notice is provided, a full charge will be applied for the reserved services.

Spa Procedures: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. Guests will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire regarding health and wellness. Please note that we require a doctor's note authorizing fitness to use our spa facilities and treatments during pregnancy or within three months postpartum.
