This relates to the hotel's Best Available Rate (“BAR"), which is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes other discounted rates.  Early departure fees may apply and vary by hotel. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges and any mandatory or resort fees (if applicable). Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply and vary by hotel. Please check with your hotel at the time of booking to determine if any additional conditions apply as restrictions vary by hotel. Rates will vary based on individual hotels and specific travel dates selected. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice. For each paid night of stay, registered guests will receive daily breakfast throughout the stay period. Breakfast is valid at hotel-designated restaurants only and excludes in room dining services, alcoholic beverages and gratuity. Upon check-in, some hotels may issue and include breakfast certificates to be redeemed during breakfast services at designated restaurants. If issued, certificates are non-transferable and have no cash value. For lost or stolen certificates, guest must notify front desk to reissue replacement certificates. Hotels that do not issue certificates will advise guest of redemption process at time of check-in. Children age 10 or under may receive complimentary breakfast when accompanied by an adult diner. At Hilton Garden Inn hotels, children age 12 or under may receive complimentary breakfast when accompanied by an adult diner. Complimentary kids’ breakfast benefit is limited to a maximum of two (2) children per room. Hotels have no obligation to offer complimentary children breakfasts to guests not registered in a room booked on a qualifying breakfast inclusive rate and may also request age validation for children staying in same room. Select hotels may offer a dedicated children’s menu associated with children’s complimentary breakfast. Breakfast offerings will vary by brand and region.

“Double Hilton Honors Points” means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base Points earned during a stay. Bonus Points earned on Base Points can only be used towards stay redemptions, they do not count toward elite tier qualification. Please allow up to eight weeks from completion of your stay for points to appear in your Hilton Honors account.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the hotel at which the stay is booked, without prejudice to or exclusion of mandatory consumer protection rights available to the consumer under applicable law.

For bookings made for hotels located in Türkiye, the promotional discount is calculated by reference to the Best Available Rate offered during the applicable booking period in accordance with Turkish consumer protection and advertising legislation.
