Chelsea offers calming and dynamic instruction for you to realign your entire mind, body, and soul. I personally love to take a 20-minute Yoga Flow to get me started, first thing in the morning, but this class is perfectly suited for bedtime as well. You don't have to be an expert yogi to access this class either, it is accessible to all levels and will set the tone for your day!”

”If you're planning an active stay, I would absolutely recommend Rebecca Kennedy's 10-minute Lower Body Stretch. These classes are a MUST if you've spent most of the day on your feet enjoying the great outdoors (or even the Mall of America!). It's important to incorporate stretching into any exercise routine and is a requirement if you've been walking, jogging, running, or hiking! If you take this 10-minute Lower Body Stretch, Rebecca offers active and passive stretches that will offset the onset of fatigue, and you won't be sore when you wake up tomorrow. Perfect for the active traveler!”

It's quick, effective, and you can easily get it done in your hotel room with no equipment and limited space! I always find it so amazing how challenging these Bodyweight Strength classes are and this class is no different. You'll be focusing on your core and more. Even 10 minutes of strength makes a difference and it's perfect for when you're traveling with the family when you may be tight on time!”
