Hi, how can we help you?
Transferring Points from a deceased Member's Hilton Honors account
In the event of a Hilton Honors Member's death, their Points can be transferred to another Member(s) upon Hilton's approval of the required documentation.
-
The transfer request and required documents must be provided within 1 year from the date of the Member's death.
-
Elite status can't be transferred, and Points received by a Member through a transfer won't count towards Elite status.
-
Points can be transferred to multiple Members.
-
Each transfer request must be processed individually, so make sure to submit the required documentation for each Member you wish to transfer Points to.
-
There's no minimum or maximum number of Points that can be transferred.
-
No fee will be charged.
-
The receiving Member(s) will receive the transferred Points within 5 business days of Hilton's receipt of the completed documentation and information requested.
