How to book using Hilton Honors Points

As a Hilton Honors Member, you can use your Hilton Honors Points to make reservations at any available hotel within the Hilton Portfolio.

You can pay for your stay using just Points or both Points and money. However, you can't use Points to upgrade an existing reservation.

• To pay to upgrade your reservation, you’ll need to book the reservation and then look for upgraded accommodation.

Book a room with Points

If you’re logged into your Hilton Honors account and want to book a reservation using Points, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the stay information:
   • Location
   • Dates of travel
   • Number of adults/children
2. Select ‘Find a Hotel’
3. Select ‘View Rates’ of your preferred hotel
4. Check the box ‘Use Points & Money’ next to Special Rates
5. Once the box is checked, the total Points per night will appear for each room type
6. Choose your preferred room type
7. At the top of the ‘Payment and Guest Details’ page, you can use the Points and Money slider
   • If you prefer to use Points only, do not adjust the slider
8. Verify and/or update the information on the page (e.g., Payment, Guest information, and Special requests)
   • You must have a credit card on file to complete the reservation
9. Select ‘Book Reservation’
10. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be charged to the card on file at the time of checkout
