All-Inclusive hotels

All-Inclusive properties offer a convenient way to enjoy a hassle-free vacation. With everything from meals and drinks to onsite entertainment and activities included in the daily rate, you can relax and indulge without worrying about extra costs. 

 

Benefits 

  • All-Inclusive amenities include meals, drinks, onsite entertainment, fitness facilities, spa discounts, free WiFi, gratuities, daily activities, and non-motorized water sports. 

 

Booking & Payment 

  • You’re charged per guest, not per room.  

  • The number of adults and children must be accurate at check-in. 

  • The Hilton Honors benefit of a second guest staying free doesn’t apply.  

  • Resorts welcome guests of all ages unless specified as “adults-only resort”.

  • Children's ages are required to calculate the price for amenities provided (e.g. food and beverages) and to comply with local or U.S. laws regarding alcohol consumption. 

  • Use the age that your child will be at the time of arrival when booking. 

  • International guests must show a passport at check-in, while domestic guests must show a local ID. 

  • Only All-Inclusive rates are offered. 

  • All taxes, service charges, tips, and gratuities are included.  

  • Additional gratuities are welcome should service exceed your expectations. 

  • Booking with Hilton Honors Points entitles you to all the All-Inclusive benefits with no additional fees.  

 

Accommodations 

  • Connecting rooms are typically available and may be arranged upon arrival, subject to availability and specific room categories. 

  • You may upgrade your room during check-in, subject to availability and additional charges. 

  • Handicap accessible rooms are available, and all resorts are wheelchair accessible. 

 

Inclusions and Add-Ons 

  • Your All-Inclusive package includes all drinks and meals, on-site entertainment, fitness facilities, non-motorized aquatic sports, daily activities, free Wi-Fi, and all service fees and gratuities.  

  • Beach towels are provided at no cost. 

  • A medical doctor is available on-site at an additional cost.  

  • Certified lifeguards and 24-hour first aid are provided. 

  • Off-site tours, excursions, and airport transportation aren’t included in the package. 

  • Contact the hotel directly to arrange these services.  

  • Reservation changes can be made through the website, by calling +1 888-4HONORS or by calling the hotel directly. 

  • Day/night passes availability varies by property. 

 

Dining 

  • Specialty restaurants are included, with additional premium selections available for an extra charge. 

  • Premium spirits are included in your plan, with ultra-premium selections available for an additional charge. 

  • Reservations are optional but recommended, and they can only be made upon arrival. 

  • Certain restaurants will require a dress code. 

  • Room service is available at all resorts. 

  • Private meals in your room or on the beach are available for an additional fee.  

  • Minibar is included and refreshed daily. 

  • Food and beverage service is available 24 hours, varying by venue. 

 

Spa Benefit 

  • Hilton Honors Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Diamond Reserve Members (coming January 1, 2026), along with one of their registered guests, can enjoy a 15% discount at the spa when booking an eligible stay. 

  • Members must stay at the property. 

  • The discount is only applicable to one treatment per eligible stay. 

  • Multiple consecutive nights are considered one stay. 

  • Discount applied during payment for spa treatments. 

  • If you have multiple benefit-eligible treatments in a single transaction, the discount will be applied to the most expensive treatment.  

  • Single spa treatments are eligible. 

  • Bundled or multi-treatment packages (e.g. couples’ massages or massage/facial packages) may not be eligible for the discount. 

  • If there’s a promotional discount already being offered, the Member will receive the larger of the two discounts.  

  • If the benefit isn’t redeemed for that treatment, it can be redeemed for an additional treatment during the stay.
