How to change your reservation

You can change your stay dates or modify your reservation through the Hilton Honors website, the Hilton Honors mobile app, or by chatting with us or requesting a call below.

Hilton Honors website

1. Log in to your Hilton Honors account.
2. Select 'Find Stay' next to your name in the top right corner of the page.
3. After finding the stay you'd like to change, select 'View/edit.'
4. From the 'View & Edit Your Stay' page, make the desired changes to your reservation.

Hilton Honors mobile app

1. Log in to your Hilton Honors account.
2. Select the 'Stays' tab.
3. Select 'Stay details' for the reservation you'd like to change.
4. Select 'Change Reservation' at the bottom to make the desired changes to your reservation.

Rate changes
If you change your stay dates, there may be a rate change. Hotel rates are set by the hotel and are based on several factors such as:

• Availability and demand
• Day of the week
• Length of stay
• Room type
• Number of guests

Important Notes
If you're making changes to your stay after booking, keep these things in mind:

• Reservations made directly through Hilton can be changed online or on the Hilton Honors mobile app under the 'Stays' tab.
• Check your reservation confirmation for all cancellation policies. If you need further assistance, contact the hotel directly or chat with us or request a call below.
• Reservations booked through third parties can't be adjusted by Hilton. You'll need to contact the third-party directly.
