Enhanced Security authentication
At Hilton, protecting your personal information is our top priority. That’s why we’ve added Enhanced Security to your Hilton Honors account. This added layer of protection helps safeguard your account from unauthorized access and fraud.
What is Enhanced Security?
Enhanced Security, also known as two-factor or two-step authentication (2FA), provides an additional level of security when accessing your Hilton Honors account. Along with your password, it requires a second form of verification in the form of a unique code sent to your preferred email address or phone number stored on your account. Why was Enhanced Security added to my account?
The safety and security of our Member and guest information is extremely important to us! Enhanced Security features were added to provide additional protection to your account and ensures that your personal information and Points are protected from fraud.

The code should be sent within 2 minutes to the email or phone number associated with your Hilton Honors account.
How do I pass Enhanced Security if am unable to access the email or mobile number associated with Enhanced Security verification?
If you’re unable to access the contact methods associated with your Hilton Honors account, you may request to receive an immediate call from customer support by selecting the 'Call Me' button or the 'Chat with Us' box available at the bottom right corner of this page to connect to an agent who can help.
I'm having problems accessing Enhanced Security. What should I do?

The code expires 10 minutes after it has been sent. If your code has expired, select “Resend code” at the bottom of the Enhanced Security prompt to request another one.
