Payment & Cancellation Fees
Payment & Cancellation Fees- All prices are in US dollars and subject to 10% service charge and 16% tax.
- Please note that all group activities require minimum of 4 participants. Villa hosts will confirm the booking the night before the activities are scheduled to take place.
- All activities as subject to cancellation/no show fees.
- Cancelling an activity 24 hours or more prior to a scheduled activity does not incur a fee.
- Cancelling 13 – 23 hours prior to an activity incurs a fee of 50% of the full price with 10% service charge and 16% tax.
- Cancelling 6 – 12 hours prior to an activity incurs a fee of 75% of the full price with 10% service charge and 16% tax.
- Cancelling less than 6 hours prior to an activity or failure to attend will be charged full price with 10% service charge and 16% tax.
