The logo reflects this identity through a striking visual effect—concentricity created between the letters “C-H-E”. The “C” becomes a symbol of the circular motion of transformation, of harmony through union. Its petrol green hue matches the bar’s interior, echoing themes of elegance, balance, and the mystery of alchemy itself. Alchemy the bar offers a carefully curated selection of classic and international cocktails, each crafted with a deep respect for high-quality ingredients. To elevate the experience, Chef Luca Gubelli has designed a gourmand menu that fuses international flavors with local Piedmontese and Italian traditions. Malìa Restaurant Elegant lines, refined flavors, and a name that speaks of magic. Malìa is the only name that could capture the spirit of our restaurant. The defining element? The accent on the “ì” a distinctive stroke that becomes our signature. Like the final flourish of a chef’s brush on the plate, it highlights importance and adds balance and beauty. The logo’s clean, essential lines give it a timeless, contemporary feel. Its color is inspired by the Piedmontese terroir—by the warmth of its hazelnuts and the depth of its Barolo wine. Radiant and refined, it evokes a sense of modern elegance deeply rooted in local tradition. At Malìa restaurant, Chef Luca Gubelli draws inspiration from iconic Piedmontese dishes, interpreting them in his own unique way—with unexpected contrasts and intriguing combinations.
