Salt made from seawater collected on the day of the new moon in the Yaeyama Islands. The salt with large crystals and strong flavor is combined with praline and fiantine.

Mature

A mellow taste with the unique flavor of several kinds of matured miso and miso tamari, made by a century-old production method, blended into the chocolate.

Venus

By combining the enchanting and fragrant Damascus rose with raspberry, which is also a member of the rose family, which expresses a sense of virginity like the birth of Boccielli's Venus.

Pecan Nut
