These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the hotel at which the stay is booked, without prejudice to or exclusion of mandatory consumer protection rights available to the consumer under applicable law.

For bookings made for hotels located in Türkiye, the promotional discount is calculated by reference to the Best Available Rate offered during the offer period.
