Terms and Conditions Available at participating hotels for traditional in-house groups of 10 guestrooms or more on peak along with a meeting and/or event function component. The participating hotel will procure, at no cost to the group customer, the necessary carbon credits to offset the estimated emissions from the meeting or event, based on calculations from Hilton's LightStay program. Offer is not available for citywide events, social or sports team guestroom blocks. Subject to availability and varies by hotel and region. The applicable terms and conditions of the Carbon Neutral Meeting offer will be expressed in the applicable group booking contract signed by the group customer and the participating hotel.
