In the popular 1890 At The Met, guests can experience a delicious, extensive breakfast with fabulous views of Brighton Beach. The magnificent dining room features expansive windows, the best sea views along the Kings Road and ornate ceilings. 1890 At The Met is available on a private hire basis Monday to Friday lunchtime and evenings, subject to availability.

The Salt Room
The Salt Room is an urban dining retreat located on the corner of the hotel, opposite the West Pier.
