Set on stilts above the water, Mandhoo is a relaxing restaurant over the resort’s house reef. The menus are designed to nourish and fortify the body with organic produce grown on the island.

Guided by our passion for growing and sourcing high-quality produce, seafood, and meat, we combine ethically sourced ingredients with inventive techniques.

From coconut-crusted job fish, to sage-marinated chicken, and asparagus and pea risotto, our team creates dishes that are always balanced, but never predictable – served with a curated wine list, of course.
