We always do our best to offer you the lowest price. If you find a lower qualifying rate on another site for the same accommodations after booking directly with Hilton, we’ll match the lower rate and give you an additional 25% off the room rate for your stay.

How it works

  3. Submit your claim within 24 hours

If your claim meets all the program requirements described below, we'll match the lower qualifying rate and give you an additional 25% off the room rate for your stay. Additional terms apply.

Program requirements

Price match claims are only made if it’s the same accommodations and terms. This means the same room type, view, and location, with the same amenities and booking conditions and same cancellation terms for the same number of guests and the same stay dates. Some examples of differences that would disqualify a price match claim include:

Room types:

  • King Room vs. 2 Queen Room

Benefits:

  • Confirmed connecting rooms vs. multiple rooms booked but not confirmed at time of booking as connecting rooms.

Views:

  • Ocean view vs. Partial ocean view

Location:

  • Ocean Tower King Room vs. Palace Tower King Room

Floor:

  • High floor room vs. no floor specified

Amenities:

  • $25 property credit vs. Free breakfast

Check-in/check-out dates:

  • Jan 26 - 31 vs. Jan 26 - 30 OR Jan 26 - 31 vs. Jan 26 - 28 and Jan 28 - 30 as separate reservations

Number of guests:

  • 2 adults vs. 1 adult

Different booking terms:

  • Fully refundable vs. partially or non-refundable

  • 2-day cancellation vs. 4-day cancellation

  • Deposit required vs. no deposit required

  • Pay in advance vs. pay later

  • Free cancellation vs. non-cancellable or change fees apply

To qualify for a price match, the total price on the comparison site must be:

  • Lower than the official Hilton price by at least 1%

  • Not on an official Hilton channel

  • In the same currency used by the hotel

  • Available with no booking limitations or restrictions - meaning it’s viewable and immediately bookable by anyone

  • Available when we review the claim

In addition, a qualifying lower price must have no restrictions on how it is displayed or booked. Examples of these types of restrictions include:

  • Websites that do not reveal the brand, hotel or room type until the reservation is completed

  • Prices that require a membership or affiliation to book, such as member-only prices or corporate negotiated business travel prices

  • Prices that require a login, credit card number, or code to view or prices that cannot be viewed at a publicly available website (such as those that require the use of a mobile application to view)

Special member rates (e.g., AAA, AARP), corporate/negotiated rates, travel package rates and non-public rates are not eligible. Rates or discounts affiliated with a special event or meeting, such as a sports club tournament, wedding block, corporate event or other group of rooms reserved for an event with a special discount code are also not eligible.

Important information

Same day claim? Same day claims are not automatically excluded. We aim to review claims within 24 hours but response times are not guaranteed.

Claims are not valid and cannot be processed or approved once checked in (in-person or digitally).

Only one claim may be submitted for each booking. The name and email address on the claim must match the name and email address on the reservation.

Additional terms

We may deny claims that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or designed to manipulate the program, such as repeated claims based on unavailable or non-public prices or submitting claims with altered screenshots.

We may deny a claim if the comparison booking channel is unable to confirm an immediate, valid reservation at the advertised price.

If the claim is approved, the matched rate applies only to the booking as approved. If you change your booking, such as adding guests, reducing your length of stay or changing the dates or room type, the hotel may re-evaluate and cancel the approved price match.

Void where prohibited by law. All Hampton by Hilton hotels and hotels operating under the Small Luxury Hotels brand in the People's Republic of China are currently excluded from the Price Match Guarantee. Additionally, all Partner Accommodations (including the Small Luxury Hotels brand) in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Italy Portugal, and Switzerland are currently excluded from the Price Match Guarantee. Hilton may modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or these terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.
