Booking through the travel advisor portal

Step 1

In the search bar at the beginning of the page, enter the traveler's desired destination and dates.

Step 2

Select the “Find a Hotel” button. Your travel advisor credential check box is already selected for you in the “Special Rates” section.

Step 3

Once you decide which hotel you wish to search rates for, select the “View Rates” button.

Step 4

If you have a Corporate Account code, select the “Special Rates” box. If you don’t have one, proceed to Step 6.

Step 5

Enter your Corporate Account code in the “Corporate Account” field and use the “Update” button to apply it.

Step 6

Now you can view the available room styles. Once you’ve decided, select the “Quick Book or More Rates From” button.

Step 7

Enter your traveler's information and payment details. In the “Travel Agent” section, enter your Travel Advisor number (ARC, CLIA, IATA, SATO, TIDS, TRUE, TS, or TSI) in the field. In the "Unlimited Rewards" section enter your Unlimited Rewards number (ZDXXXXXXXXX). Not yet a member? Register at Unlimited-Rewards.com.

Step 8

Once you’ve entered in all the booking details, select the “Book Reservation” button to complete your booking.

Note

Remember, if you leave this portal you can still access your special rates on other Hilton pages. Just select the "Special Rates" button in the search bar area and check off "Travel Agents."
